Tiny Tails to You is an adorable traveling petting zoo of small and miniature animals. We bring the zoo (and fun) to you! We are perfect for any occasion and specialize in children's birthday parties. Our bunnies, miniature chickens, chinchillas, hedgehog, baby ducks, tortoise and guinea pigs are all very excited to meet you!

Our events are educational and fun! We focus on teaching children about the different breeds, care and handling of each animal. We also fill our events with interesting and incredible facts about our animal friends!

"What do you think makes your business stand out against the competition?"

"We are a very unique petting zoo! We only have small and miniature animals which we've found to be less intimidating for children and for people less used to animals. We also run our zoos in a very unique way: we bring little stools for children (and adults!) to sit on, and little mats to put in their laps, and we hand everyone animals to hold in their laps. This results in a lot of one-on-one time with the animals, and there is no uncontrolled "free-for-all" like you sometimes see with other zoos.

The owner of Tiny Tails to You (Chelsea) graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2007, after which she worked as a lobbyist for a couple years before starting her petting zoo in 2009. Chelsea LOVES working with animals and children and believes this to be the most wonderful job she could have asked for.

We also take great care to make sure that the birthday child feels special and comfortable. The birthday child gets to help us open the baskets of animals and "unveil" the animals to everyone at the party. The birthday child also gets to spend as much time in the pen as she/he would like while we rotate the other children to make sure that everyone has enough time in the pen.

Our goal is to educate children about animals in fun and entertaining ways. We fill our zoos with interesting facts about the animals, and work with the youngest children on how to pet and handle our little animals.

Finally, while children and adults are gathered outside the pen, we make sure they remain engaged. We often have parent volunteers holding some of the animals, and we are always answering questions about the animals and giving interesting facts about them."
