Thank you for subscribing to our monthy KidzAustin Newsletter! We'll keep you up to date on the latest enhancements to the site, information on what new kid-friendly places or deals or out there and much more. Our goal is to save you time in finding the kid-friendly information you want or need as you need it. For your convenience, we will also be archiving this and future newsletters on the website, so if you need to take another look at any edition, you can still find it on KidzAustin.

Holidayz
Just in time for the holiday season, we'be added a new page -- Holidayz. The page offers information on area family-friendly holiday activities including tree lightings, shopping events, photo opportunities with Santa and more. We've also listed locations of some area tree lots or farms for your convenience. We'll be updating the page regularly throughout the holiday season.

Winter Break Planz
In case you need a little help in keeping the kids entertained over the holidays, we've put together a listing of Winter Break camps on our Campz page. While not nearly as robust in choices as our Summer variety, there are a few options -- acting, horseback riding and more. We've also added a listing of winter break dates for the various school districts so you can see exactly what dates you might need to cover.

Got Linkz to the Information You Need?
KidzAustin is now offering more links to the kid-friendly businesses and services you need. If you haven't had a chance to visit the site lately, you're sure to enjoy the extra convenience.

FUN FINDZ

We've spotlighted a few new additions to the site that we think are particularly fun:

Goin' Bananas Playnasium -- a new indoor play and party area in South Austin (just opened in mid-November)

Three Ring Service's Kiddie Train -- Three Ring Service now offers a kiddie train in Highland Mall. You can stop in for a little fun after shopping or make it a party.

Parents Night Out at My Gym on Lamar -- Take advantage of a night out without the kids while they have a ball -- available every fourth Saturday of the month.

Kids Eat Free at El Rincon -- Don't miss a great opportunity to save a little cash and entertain the kids too. El Rincon offers kids eat free on Mondays and provides a clown for entertainment.

SAD ENDINGZ

Sadly, a few good things have come to an end:

Joe's Crab Shack's $.99 kids meals on Tuesdays is no longer available.

Serrano's kids eat free promotions have ended.

Brentwood Tavern has closed its doors.
