KidzSportz
Now that the Winter Break is over, you may be gearing up for the Spring and all it has to offer. For a lot of us, that means getting the kids outdoors and maybe signing up for a youth sports league. To make the search for the right one a little easier, we've posted our KidzSportz page which includes options from baseball to lacrosse, flag football, cheerleading and more. At this time of year, we're constantly receiving updates for this content, so be sure to check back on this one often.

Local Newz Coverage
December was a busy month for KidzAustin.com. Our site was featured on both K-EYE 42 News and in the Austin American Statesman's Life & Arts section for our increasingly popular kids eat free page. You can check out both stories from the links placed on our home page. Thanks to everyone for getting the word out and getting us noticed!

Storytimez and More
If you haven't checked out our RegularGigz page, you may want to give it a look. Recently updated (with more coming daily), this page offers information on fun storytimes, entertaining kids' shows, live music and even free movies that all happen on a regular basis throughout the week or month. Our listings are family-friendly and most are also easy on the pocketbook.

Coming Soon -- Spring Break Campz
Even though it seems like the kids just got back to school, you'll be amazed at how quickly camps for Spring Break will fill up. KidzAustin is ready to help you find the right one in time to actually reserve your child's spot. This page will be coming to a computer near you in mid-late January. Stay tuned!

FUN FINDZ

We've spotlighted a few new additions to the site that we think are particularly fun:

Red Robin -- seems too good to be true, but Red Robin now offers a kids eat free promotion on Tuesdays from 3-9 PM with purchase of an adult entree.

Austin Reptile Services -- If your kids love slimy things, they'll love a party with Austin Reptile Services. Check them out on Partiez2U.

Club Libby Lu -- If it's a girls only party you're interested in, you might want to check out the new Club Libby Lu @ Barton Creek Mall. Parties feature a Libby "Du" and a dance party on stage.

Abrakadoodle's Creative Series at Gattitown -- Every last Thursday of the month Abrakadoodle joins Gattitown in South Austin to create a great experience for the kids. Art project is free with pizza buffet purchase.

SAD ENDINGZ

Sadly, some things have come to an end:

Austin's "Live from the Plaza" music series at City Hall has ended. Good newz though -- it returns March 2008!
